LEGO Port Royal instructions (Pirates of the Caribbean)

Hi,
Anyone knows how to get hold of the LEGO Pirates of the Caribbean PORT ROYAL instructions? Would love to build it.

This link is what Google brings up, but it's broken. :-(

    I've had a few requests for the file, and just realized that it's 58 megs :(. Rather than emailing that huge file around multiple times, which may not even be possible, let me see if I can upload it to one of the file sharing websites first. If that does not work (mostly because I have never done this before), then we'll resort to emailing. Thanks.

    @Poochy Just a suggestion. You can upload it once and add all the email add's in it... or post the URL here for all to download. It's active for a week I think! :-)

    Then it's properly the mac platform that doesn't work with MediaFire. So boring!

    Thanks! I bought the 2 sets required to build this long time ago and forgot that LEGO would eventually take down the instructions! Glad you uploaded it so I got a chance to save it. Now I wish I had bought duplicates to have all 3 on display...

    ^ Likewise, when I first found the instructions, I told myself I have to get a spare 4193/4914 just to build it. At that time, 4194 was about to EOL so I went everywhere (including while on vacation) to locate a copy on sale. And I forgot completely about 4193 :(. Fortunately, you can still find it at/near MSRP at some places. Just need to relax my "never pay for Lego at MSRP" rule for once ...

    Thanks for posting this. I was not even aware of these instructions, but it looks more interesting than the two sets built separately. Are there any other instructions out there that combine two or more sets into one larger build?

    Wow! Was this an official set of instructions or was it home-made? And what are the sets needed again? I can see bits from London Escape...

    Got it now. Thanks alot for the trouble @Poochy ! Can't wait to build it now... it might be the best habour in the LEGO history*.

    *) It surely beats the 6242 Soldiers' Fort ;-).

    @plasmodium it uses London Escape and Whitecap Bay.

    I think (from reading posts on classic-pirates forum) that he made these instructions himself. The cards contained in the above 2 sets had codes you put into lego.com but I never got around to doing it. Apparently it gave you instructions but through LDD, so they weren't as easy to follow as looking at pages.

    ^They have - there are alternate build instructions available for the Turtles sets.

    ^^LEGO has done this quite often. First time I noticed it was the Robo Riders who's instructions included build-two-or-more-together instructions.

    But the Powermines had a lot of build together ideas. And Atlantis had a single one too.

    CORRECTION: The Atlantis one was just some alternate instructions for the Brickmasterbook.

    Wasn't there a model once you could build from a y-wing and a shuttle? Was it #7658 and #7659 the imperial landing craft (or #7658 and #7657?).,. however, I can't recall what it was or where I saw it.

    @icey117 It was no trouble at all :). I got to learn about filesharing in the process, especially sendspace which doesn't even require you to register.

    @TyoSolo D'oh. I got the TMNT sets just for the minifigs (still NIB), but now I may have to pick up duplicates just for this. Are the instructions available somewhere online so I can see what the alternate builds look like?

    It seems like this is a relatively inexpensive way for LEGO to encourage purchasing multiple sets. I'm honestly surprised they don't do it for more themes.

    I guess this was this an online only offering by Lego? Usually there is a parts list on the back page, but I didn't see that here.

    I guess you could look at the parts list from London Escape and Whitecap Bay. But I guess there might still be left over pieces, too.

    ^^It seems as if the video link that Joesph posted above provides the only official LEGO instuctions for Port Royal. It was actually a member of Eurobricks, Boomchil, who put in the elbow grease to create a PDF of all the stills from the video. Props to the man, that is a lot of work. Also explains why there's a lack of a parts inventory being based solely on the source material, the video itself.

    Incidentally, the Port Royal thread on Eurobricks got a shout-out from one of its designers, Marcos Bessa (said he kinda worked on it). If his name sounds familiar, he's the same guy who did Arkham Asylum and the Quinjet. I'm really, really curious to see what his newest Direct set as he's one of the designers featured at the start of the X-Wing video. LOTR tower, perhaps?

    For Harry Potter fans, if you have 4840 The Burrow (no 's'), there's a secondary build based on its parts, a small cottage, that looks like it could be the same place where Harry and Dobby apparate after leaving Malfoy Manor.
