Does anyone know what this price tag label means??

While at walmart yesterday, i saw that there was a tag in the friends aisle that said "Lego friends mini CS" but none of whatever the items were. I was planning on trying to return to the store today since i was in the area but the plan fell through due to personal reasons. I'm not positive when i'll be able to get back to that store but the label i saw has been stuck in my head for almost a full day now.
