    Then again... the image quality seriously sucks! This is way off the LEGO standards on a product photo!

    ^I know, but I figured that people were likely to jump on that title, so thought we might abandon ship on this one rather that attempt to direct them to this thread... Ideally a mod would appear and merge them... (rubs imaginary lamp...)

    I'd say these sets don't look like anything like the ones I used to watch on tv, these ones will definitely be from the new upcoming film and cartoon. All I can say that my wallet is so happy

    79100 includes a Kraang brain inside of a robotic walking pod with clear dome, a smiling Mikey breaking out of a small prison, and a footsoldier being hit with a pizza.

    79101 includes Shredder on a black ninjago-esque bike with large tires and big pipes emitting flames (hopefully the final version looks better), Donatello on what appears to be a motorized piece of wood on go-kart tires, and a footsoldier.

    ^ I have just seen the images of the two tmnt sets, one of them is shredders bike and the other one is of krangs lab with a foot soldier and a prison with some robot, sadly i can't post pictures because they are preliminary but I can sort of tell you how to find it, I suggest you follow this link and read just2good comments on that page and then read one about Facebook and you might get the idea http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=74784&st=275

    Okay we got all the set images now... but still wait for the images of the keychains that started the whole rush. Anyone got them? Or just know if they all 4 will be keychained?

    (Reason for asking, is that due to the look of the sets I'm seriously considering making the extraordinary compromise of settling with the Turtle-figs in keychains). ;-)

    ^ I'm not too sure about that, the keychains are normally exclusive to lego stores so I presume that there will be images of these on January 1st at lego.com because normally pictures of some keychains don't get released until the due date but then again there could be images for them some where out there, my money is betting that there'll be keychains for tmnt, if I find any pics ill post them here @icey117

    Nice! I like the cement mixer best - the little caution sign in the middle adds a lot to the overall detail.

    So i think i saw a new part in @CupIsHalfEmpty's pics of #70700 that is also here, where the smokestack/exhaust pipe is connected appears to be the same as the part in this pic: http://www.flickr.com/photos/cupishalfempty/8205296174/ a 1x2 plate with a technic pinhole above it facing to the 2-wide side... very cool!

    The front of the tow truck looks a bit like an orange version of the mould from Cars, that's on Lightning McQueen and the other cars.

    I love the look of that sports car - as an AFOL going through a midlife crisis (via his LEGO town), I need a cool ride to go with all my motorbikes! It could do with doors though... I'm a sucker for opening doors...

    I understand your concerns, but notice how the house is abandoned (boarded up windows, etc) so it shouldn't be that scary...

    Yes, this was also something I noticed immediately with the set. They made it pretty clear that the building was abandoned. Now a really young child, still may not get the clues to that, but I think it is pretty explainable by a parent.

    ^Definitely suggests that Leonardo SHOULD wind up being the priciest turtle for people just going after the figs. I think everything's in line with what was expected, though, save for possibly the Dragon Bike.

    2013 summer wave details leaking out. Looks like there will be a cargo theme, coast guard sets and a possible "Town Square" flagship.

    LOTR fans would see sets based on the Return of the King and we would see minifigs of Gandalf the White, a Witch-king of Angmar as well as three other unidentified minifigs.

    Plus a ship with a ghost army with 10 or 12 minifigs and we will probably see Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli, all three protagonists of the landing seen in Return of the King. Plus we know that a Balrog set is due next year as well, all this information partly overlap those that we had so far with 4 sets announced for 2013:

    79005 Frodo and Ringwraith
    79006 No name
    79007 Eagles Nest
    79008 Ghost Ship

    This according to a Swedish forum swebrick.se that one of their members has seen the retailer catalog for the 2nd half of 2013 and mentioned a few bits of news .

    Sounds way more attractive than than the Hobbit sets, particularly that Ghost Ship with likely glow in the dark ghost army pieces.

    Just2good over on eurobricks is saying that the TMNT sets were at his toysrus in the USA already and he got a few sets but he also said that the prices were inflated a lot.

    Love the police SUV. Not sure about the red sports car - I don't love how it's six wide.

    Some of the promo stuff for this game looks awesome. I would love it if some of them became sets! And I personally can't wait to play this video game, even if it's aimed at 12 year olds.

    Both of these vehicles will be in the upcoming City Set 60007 High Speed Chase.

    I think it's the tread piece, like what comes with the B-wing.

    Yep - I think that's right. It's a caterpillar track which was new in light bluish grey this year for the UCS B-wing I think (used for the cockpit).

    ^It's not, you will find charred remains of minifigs if you open the bedroom doors.
