Trading Lego Star Wars sets..Looking for Modular Buildings/Super Hero Sets

Hello all,

I've decided to get out of collecting Lego Star Wars + few other sets and concentrate on the Super Hero sets and City/Modular lines. I haven't been collecting for very long so these sets are only recent/recently retired sets but I still hope I can get 1 or 2 modular buildings.

I'd like to keep it within the United States, but I will ship internationally if I get a really great deal on the trade.
Please note that for the open/used sets I am only including the pieces for the actualy build and not the extra pieces that Lego throws in.

Please note I would of course prefer new sets, but I will take used sets as long as they are complete, have the instructions, and I would like to have the box but that is not a necessity. Also, for the older modular buildings (Cafe Corner, Green Grocer, or Market Street), I'll even take buildings that have been bricklinked/built piecemeal AND even had some of the harder to find pieces replaced with another color as long as the set is complete and with instructions.

Hope I am not reaching too high for my wants. I hope there is someone with extra modular buildings that wants to start in on Lego Star Wars, as this isnt a bad way to start in.
