    I would imagine Indonesia. I know many of the cheaper sellers on bricklink are from Indonesia. And isn't it more like 10,000 per country?

    Are these the same ones Smyths were giving away with SW purchases in the UK in May? If so, not that rare (in the UK at least). Even so, $14 seems a canny price.
