Hi all. I just joined due to a good friend and coworker urging me to. I've been a fan all my life but over the last year my love has been re-ignited. Social media opened me up to the world of AFOL's and completely validated me being a full grown adult with no kids that loves and still wants to build sets. Glad to have found a home for just that!

Welcome! At 68 my kids are waiting for me to act as grown up as their kids do . . . If it means giving up Lego that will not happen!

I have family in Dallas and Ft. Worth, Texas and love it there, but I reside in Alexandria, VA.

Welcome aboard @markarm919, it's great too have you here.

LEGO is not a child's toy... anyone who tells you otherwise is just plain jealous that they don't have plastic bricks to build with :o)

Good to find fellow brick setters in VA, especially in Nova.
