Hi. Does anyone know the release for this? I've learned June 2011, but no specific information on acquiring this. It appears to be a promotional item. I want this for my Lego town!!!!

I would hazard a guess that it will be given away with a newspaper at Christmas 2011.
I would say The Daily Mirror, but The Sun got the last one, so it's anybody's guess.

^ Your third option, that being the case, would be www.bricklink.com.

I reckon you could build this off pick a brick for about £2 ;)

Thats very true, unless its the figs you want. Although they are pretty generic figs.

I will keep my eyes peeled for these. Good thing I live around so many TRUs. :)

If anyone can confirm them in a B&M TRU, please post! Thanks.

I will certainly keep my eyes open for these and grab some extras for trade with our UK members...
