Below are pictures from one of the Minecraft (Abandoned Village, I believe) sets we got our son for Christmas.  Is this a mistake or was this intentional?  Step 10 shows the roof on the structure before it shows you how to build the roof (steps 11-16).

    Mistakes like this show up once in a while. IMO, it's pretty rare considering how many sets a year they make, and therefore how many instruction steps there are. 
    Contact Lego customer service or use the product survey and let them know about it.
