The part list given in that LDD model is very different from the list given by lego...

I am wondering if there is any brickset member happen to own the set #4000007, and happy to share the official instruction?

    Thanks very much in advance

Thanks, @Russell844, The inventory is also on in the brickset database; but I do need the instructions....very hard to assemble without the proper instruction, especially the beam part...

@stevenzhang, did you see the instructions download --Books 1 and 2--when you went to Brickset's set page? I think you'll see the official 2009 instructions there, just on the right side.

Man, curiosity really killed this cat. I'm knee-deep in getting together the parts for

    Moulding Machines
    Transport Ferry
    Tumbler
London Escape to make Port Royal

and now I have to see this!!!

I'm culling as much of the 3,000 parts from my collection before going the LEGO or bricklink route, trying to save as much money as I can. I've never done this before, building a set from existing sets. It's equally frustrating like HELL, and equally satisfying getting to know part names, colours, not yet numbers. The bright side? My girls are now getting their parts together to rebuild a couple of the Friends sets that have scattered, so there's a lot of LEGO clinking at our house this long weekend.

I've only just added them -- @Russell844 kindly sent them to me a few weeks ago.

Thanks for posting that instructions are available. I was just about to take up this project and this has saved me a TON of time trying to create instructions myself.

How come it's not in the normal "tab" for instructions and is on the right side Notes section?
  • HuwHuw Administrator Posts: 7,116
Because the normal tab content is generated from what's available at LEGO's customer services, automatically overnight, so any that I host locally have to be dealt with differently.

Not ideal, or intuitive, I agree. I'll come up with a solution one day...

The links to the instructions on the Brickset page don't seem to work. Can someone help? @Huw
