42000: Grand Prix Racer @TRU (US)

Not sure if anyone is interested but it looks like the 42000 Grand Prix Racer is now available for purchase online from TRU in the US. They have it priced at $139.99 and since it is classified as Technic I believe it is exclusive to TRU.

Having missed out on the previous formula cars I'm excited to be able to purchase this one at retail. Looks pretty sweet. This would be my first Technic set and would love to wait for a sale but it seems Technic sets are almost always excluded.

Are people usually relegated to paying TRU MSRP for Technic sets? Just wondering.

    @Renny, I got several 20% TRU coupons that work on Technic, I got all my large technic models from TRU that way (#8043, #8110 and #9398). I have one of my local TRU that has all the technic sets, the others TRU are hit and miss for technic. The 20% never worked online...

    Thanks, that is encouraging. In that case I think I will wait in case I receive one of those coupons.
