Bane's Mole Machine from Batman 2

Hi all, I've not long come out of my dark ages and this is my first post in the forum. Lego Batman 2 video game was very much to blame for this 'reawakening'.
I have 6860 Batcave and the Mole Machine in the set caught my eye. Whilst playing through the game I noticed that there was 2 variants. There's the one that is in the set and the one that is in the 'freeplay' version and this is the one that I want to ask about.

Is there anyone out there tried to build this version? I have found that there are quite a few bits that are not available on Bricklink. The main wheels in red are the first stumbling block. I thought Travellers Tales designed their vehicles on readily available parts?

If there is anyone who can offer advice on this build I am all ears.
