"Building" a Minifig - Best Lizard-Like Head?

I'm putting together a space-themed team of sorts and am creating a lizard-like humanoid. Any thoughts on best head out there? Thinking Bossk is probably the way to go, but wasn't sure if there's something else out there I might be missing.

The chima heads (underneath the 'hat') could also be good, as you could then give then helmets, and other accessories just like a regular squad member.

I thought about going the Chima route, but did think it was a little too crocodile/alligator. Need to actually get one and see it in person though. Like the idea of the head with a helmet though. Thinking the helmet from the new mech Series 9 CMF might work.

The squad member in question will go with a team of humans as well, so I do like the idea of something that can fit with other accessories, etc.

Going through all the various heads now. Thanks for the suggestions. I feel a large Bricklink order in my immediate future.

Ideally, I wanted it to be a modified head. That's why I was thinking Bossk. But some of the other options look good. Might have to just get some of them and try them out.

Will need to get a matching torso too to pull the hands out from. Want the green hands as well.
