Anyone know of a good mosiac builder for LEGO?

I am wanting to make a decently good size mosaic but was wondering if anyone can recommend any good programs that would help you convert a picture to a mosiac?

Robin Sather recommended a few to me during the summer. I believe they are called Bricksaic and PicToBrick.

Pictobrick. It's free too. A bit awkward to use but simple enough once you get the hang of it.

Pictobrick is excellent! Once you get a hang of it. Make sure you go thru the color list and untick the ones that don't exist for the parts you are planning to use. By default Pictobrick uses all LEGO colors, even if a part was never made in that color. Other than that it is a great little software!
