This set was a customer return, it is 30% built and I honestly don't know if it is 100% complete, so not selling it that way.

It does look mostly complete, there are still parts bags there, the instructions are there, but for $20 including shipping, I'm just not going to take the time to inventory it. I'd rather sell it cheap to someone who wants to take a chance on it and if it is missing 1 or 5 small parts, someone who has spares to make up for those little Technic bits.

By far the lowest price online for this thing, selling it cheap since you're taking a bit of a chance on what is there. Box is included, instructions are included, all the parts that I got back are included.
