Ninjago Starter Set - 2257 - $16.99 @ Amazon.com

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004478GBK/

ToyBurg is really blowing these out, this has been retired for a year, it was selling for $30 this past summer, now they are getting rid of them at $16.99.

Anyone who missed these and needs a set for the kiddos, this is a deal.

^How dare you trump a sale the LFT has kindly let others take part in! :oP

Very strange how much the price fluctuated like that. It is a better deal than I got it for when it was originally out! I almost regret it.

:) It's ok, the seller has raised his price anyway, now $18.50.

Still below RRP, but not quite as sweet...

Yup, NinjaGo is interesting. My WM only has a few sets in stock. No of the popular sets. No blister packs and haven't had any in weeks. They have a lot of LOTR, probably the theme they have the most of.

I'm thinking of selling the few NinjaGo sets I have in a week, hopefully when pickings are slim.

I think it's interesting how, within the US and of course between countries, there are regional differences on which sets do well.

And of course within the regions there are racial/social/economic differences as to why some stores are loaded up on certain Legos while others have empty shelves.

^Yes, in regards to that, probably 75% of my Hero Factory sets get shipped to Florida or at least someone with a Hispanic last name.
