[AUS] TRU - LEGO Star Wars Planets 2 for $10

BastaBasta Australia Member Posts: 1,259
ToysRus Australia currently have LEGO Star Wars Planets 2 for $10.
$5 each is a great price. Normal RRP is $15.99 each.

Online it looks as though they are Sold Out except for the "Twin-Pod Cloud Car™ & Bespin" which IMO is the least appealing.

My local store had both series 1 & series 2, but limited amounts of Series 1 and the AT-ST.

They have updated their page to say it is 2 for $20. I was about to post complaining about why Aussies get lego so cheap ...!

Apparently the 2 for $10 was a mistake. They had a sign up advising it should have been 2 for $20 as you say CCC.

Happy that I got both series 1&2 for the 2 for $10.

That is the most HILARIOUS comments i have ever heard!!! Our RRP'S are on average twice the price of US/UK/EU prices. Quite literally twice!
I buy sets from TRU US and even with international shipping prices i end up paying 40% less then AUS RRP.

    For example..
I got a Death Star from TRU for $379US with $60US postage.
That worked out at about $415AUS.
The Death Star Retails in Australia for $699AUS!!! That's almost a $300AUS saving!

yes...it is killing me paying those shipping cost while the lego price is more expensive in OZ while our currency is nearly equal to US$1
