10211 Grand Emporium for sale (US)

I have a 10211 Grand Emporium that I would like to part with. Although I believe it is still fully factory-sealed, one of the seals looks like it was loosely applied, and there is a slim chance that it was carefully opened and re-sealed. It came to me this way, and I didn't look at it closely for awhile after I got it.

I would like to offer it as-is for $175, including UPS Ground shipping to U.S. 48 states. Or, if I get a firm commitment, I will carefully open it and check the contents, and sell for $160 including same shipping, if contents appear to be complete.

Exactly. It is backordered. Until the 28th of December. Which means that if people want this in time for Christmas, they won't be getting it from [email protected] online for $149.99. It's out of stock from most other retailers (or all of them), and is threatening to discontinue soon (possibly... LEGO just keeps us guessing on that).
