@Huw, I suspect the answer is no, but is there any way to export a wanted list for sets in XML format so it can be imported into Bricklink?

Why would the answer be no? :-)

It was no 1/2 hour ago, but it's yes now: http://www.brickset.com/mySets/

Now, if only I could export an advanced query list to XML I'd be laughing :-D

You can now export Advanced Queries and BrickLists as XML, option in the respective menus.

Fantastic Huw, thank you very much. Long story short, this means I won't need to maintain a separate Brickset account just to get my polybag wanted list into Bricklink.

'Limited to 50 records', would it be too intensive to make this 500?

    You want *how many* polybags??

    It's done already...

Bringing this topic back to life.. I've used this excellent feature a few times, and just tried to use it again, but I run into the same issues I've always have; Bricklink doesn't know all set numbers that Brickset does.

Sometimes not strange, like ISBN numbers; sometimes a bit annoying, like CMFs you want; they're not recognized. Would it be possible to exclude some of these?

Unfortunately BL (still) doesn't allow you to ignore the unknown sets - you have to go into the XML and edit manually. Not THAT big of an issue, this is something I use once or twice per year, but as the export is "to Bricklink XML" it may be logical to (try to) make sure it can actually import at the Bricklink side :-)
