I had my #40460 Roses and #40524 Sunflowers in a glass tumbler. I got a couple dozen of the 3x3x2 curved window frames and the transparent panes from PAB, so I mimicked it in Lego.
The same tumblers that my folks have at their house! That is neat.
    My parents as well!

I'm feeling old again ... all these parents having these tumblers ... I have these tumblers!!!

Yesterday I had a lot of fun building #6206 TIE Interceptor and #7263 TIE Fighter from a bulk lot. As both are from my Dark Ages era, it was fun to put them together and compare differences in brick elements/build designs as compared to more recent renditions.

The Fighter was only missing a single green 1x2 jumper. The Interceptor has a couple more missing pieces. Once I get access to the rest of my parts, I think it will just be the two printed elements I'll need to replace.

Thankfully the Fighter came with the light-up Vader. Just missing the Interceptor Pilot to make them truly complete.

Next up will be #7260 Wookiee Catamaran and #7250 Clone Scout Walker once I rescue their pieces from the bulk!

Just building a helms deep set to verify if all the pieces are there. I traded a sealed police station for this set a while back. I think I paid about $65 for the police station. The helms deep set was “used” meaning open with the minifigs removed. Info I was aware of when I made the trade. Anyway I figured it was a good trade for some castle pieces.

The helms deep build itself is 100% complete although a couple of dark green cheese slopes and dark grey tiles cracked while I was building.

There was two sandwich bags of parts left over. Turns out each sandwich bag was a castle wall from #9471 Urak-hai Army sets.

There is another larger bag that is the weather top set just missing one piece.

There is two more gallon size ziplock bags of parts that I still need to identify the set. Looks like they may belong to Jabas palace though.

^^^that pump is actually making me thirsty.

Doing #5978 from collection. One of the punched studs (mentioned in the brag thread) is concealed in step 3.

I figured I'd have to make some part substitutions which are already apparent by step 6. My son won't care.

All light grey & dark grey are replaced with light bluish & drk bluish greys because I abhor those colors & dismissed them from my collection.

I also keep old greys out of my main collection, but I keep a selection of parts for restoring vintage sets.

IDK why but that old dark grey gives me the heebie-jeebies, grosses me out. makes my skin crawl, rubs me the wrong way, etc. etc. 🤣🤔

I have just about finished #10316 Rivendell and find a leftover sticker ... #12 it is on the smaller sheet of stickers and I can not see where it goes, maybe the book cover? I am frustrated by this build as not only am I missing two floor tiles but I am missing a whole bag of parts which appear to be roof tiles.

@GrannyLEGO Sticker 12 is used in step no. 135 (page 110) for the cover of the book as you guessed. I'm sure LEGO CS will help you out with the missing tiles. I've had a small bag once stuck inside the bottom of the set box but I only found it after I called customer service so that was embarrassing.

Yeah, I called CS about the missing parts and bag and even though it was midnight on the weekend and I talked with a robot I got an email today saying they were sending the various needed parts. The only bad thing had nothing to do with CS as I backed my chair into a stack of storage bins and spread thousands of LEGO parts on the floor!!! Kept me busy all day yesterday into today! Thanks for the confirmation on the sticker location. I got it taken care of this morning.

#76254 Baby Rocket's Ship. I bought this and a large PAB cup, so got the Spring Fun VIP add on pack, and 5% VIP points. I think it's reasonably priced- Rocket and Baby Rocket? Yes please! (To be honest, they had me at Spaceship. And Trans-green windscreen.)
I decided to save #76255 for later, for double points or a good GWP. Then I read about the Majisto GWP. 👍

Best set I have built this year. All though new elements are greatly aiding this set.

Well, Bowser might be a good build, but so was this one:

One of the better modulars out there, and fan-made at that!  It's also larger than I thought: 2 baseplates wide instead of 1 and a half.

Just finished #77013.  So glad to have an Indiana Jones minifig in my collection!  I was in my dark age when the last series came out.  Could use some more snakes. Like a lot more!

I built the McLaren Solus from #76918 and had a weird substitution:

A missing #6166859 TILE 2X2, DEG. 90, W/ DEG. 45 CUT in Black, which I temporarily substituted with a Dark Grey one and, in its place, a #4107761 PLATE 1X2 WITH SLIDE in Black, which is not used anywhere in the set, in either car.
Hopefully Lego CS can send me a replacement. Normally, I wouldn't bother for one minor piece, but I don't have a spare of that part in my collection.

@JudgeChuck FYI the hashtags only work for sets, not parts.
I would guess that plate with slide somehow ended up in the bin full of 2x2 tiles, and the scale didn't notice because the two parts must weigh nearly the same.
My #75212 Kessel Run Millennium Falcon had a 6x6 round plate in place of a 4x6 rectangular plate- both parts present in that set. I emailed CS about it, but told them not to send a replacement- I had recently gotten a couple dozen 4x6 rectangles from the PAB wall, so was happy to "trade" one for a 6x6 round. I have every confidence CS would have sent me one if I'd wanted it.

In the foreground are the extras from #76253 and #41733.

Starting to plan out a few new builds: a classic castle using panel pieces, some sort of yellow-y alien planet, and a giant imperial fort to take on pirates

@560Heliport - did the Guardian's Ship's 'engine rings' (for want of a better term) fold in together? I think I saw that on the newest trailer and wondered...

No, they're fixed in position, although you can remove the two little scout flyers, and pull the gold technic pins out one stud's width and then the rings fold, but some trim pieces interfere just before the rings would be parallel.
I think it wouldn't need much of a redesign to make it possible; seems like a missed opportunity!
I do quite like the ship! I might swap some of the grey parts to brighter colors, it's a little dull... ;)
(I might do similar to Baby Rocket's ship... Replace all the greys with Bright Yelliw, Cool Yellow, and Vibrant Yellow!)

Technically already built but only just recently.  I didn't like the van from #76192 as it was.  I didn't like the stickered windows and faux spare wheel/tire (as well as the round indicators).  So, as AFOLs are wont to do, I modified it.  My friend calls it a "creepy serial killer van" and that it needs a sticker that reads "free candy".

Recolored #75337, 2x #75280, 2x #75345, and the trooper from #75004- he's the one with the blue candle on his blaster. Some troopers have Brickarms weapons. The jet troopers are "flying" on transparent 1x1 rounds.

#75348 Mandalorian Fang Fighter vs TIE Interceptor. To those complaining about the Darksaber not being dual-molded, I say: Shut up! You get a spare blade and a spare hilt!
(The white and black 6x8 plates are not included, they're from my parts.)

It's not perfect, but I took a few hours in Studio and tried to come up with an 8-wide McLaren Senna.

Redbeard is complete. Can't use the skull and crossbones sticker - hard creases in it. One of those shoulders is crying out for a small build parrot to perch on.

It's a great set, and they would sell a tonne if if was available at regular retail. Along with any of themed versions they decided to make (castle, space, Star Wars etc...)

The size of the hat is throwing me off though. Either the hat is too large or the face is too small, or perhaps the face print is shrunk to fit on the tile.

I thought it was the hat at first but comparing pics aside from a little squariness at the top of the side curves it's pretty spot on! Must be the face print, it also doesn't extend as far to the sides as on the minifig.

I would definitely send a picture of the stickers to customer service and see about getting them replaced!

I haven't even cracked mine open yet, but that's quite disheartening.

I will be at some point. My mate who got me mine from Billund a week ago has checked his sticker sheet and his is fine.
