& I just now noticed he has a half Technic pin on the handle so he can grip it- I thought I discovered that "pro tip" myself 🤔😫
(Imagine if Star Wars sets were scaled UP to Technic fig size!)

That tracks :)
"MINOR MODIFICATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS"
I wont show you the OTHER half/side 😆🙄😫
At least all the bright light orange was there, all 3 orange missiles, & the weird tornado spinny thingy (not shown)
However... I seem to have two 4x4 Dark Bluish-Grey plates left over, which I am positive came out of the last set of bags (bag 10) and I have no idea where they go! I've been all the way back through the instructions and cannot see anywhere that they should go!
Looking at the inventory, there are three 4x4 DBG plates listed and I've placed all three correctly, so I can only think that these are extras.
Displayed on my shelf, the set really does bring me a lot of joy and causes me to smile ever time I've looked at it. I can't wait to add in Minnie!
The floors (from the bottom) are: Central Perk, Seinfeld, How I Meet Your Mother, Big Bang Theory, Joey/Chandler, Monica/Rachel, and Thor's Penthouse.
Two things I realized after completing:
It's BIG. 60-bricks tall and same height as the Daily Bugle (see pics). Brickie's four-story version matches in height and size of the Ghostbusters FD, but this one looks massive compared to the DB due to its width. Since I didn't build this in my LEGO room, I didn't notice during construction as it was isolated from the other builds.
It's also HEAVY (about 19.5 pounds) you might see in some pics it's sitting on a wooden tray - that's because supporting it just by the baseplate sides will lead to warping of the plate. If you're going to move one of these around a lot, I suggest placing it on a tray and using that for transport.
I also modified the design of the top two floors. I didn't like having to go inside the guys' apartment and then out onto the patio and up some stairs to access the ladies' apartment and penthouse. Yes, I altered the exterior but it's LEGO - you're supposed to build what YOU want and what satisfies YOU.
The Back (I added big panoramic windows to the BBT floor, and the Penthouse):
The Left Side (I continued the staircases to the top two floors along this wall, but the hall width reduced the stair case width from four to two studs):
Yes, that's the back of the Seinfeld Kitchen you see there, and you are shown up front on the website that's what it will look like.
And Finally the right side.
Let me know if you would like to see more pics. Thanks

& all Lake Town figs missing except the guard 😫😫
I love the.Orc forge light brick feature, & the larger Lake Town building is really cool. Tackling Mines of Moria now! 👍
I also added a floor in the trunk and a separator wall so that the trunk is usablefor model B. Then created a picknik basket to go inside from some remaining parts.
