It's a great set to build and very dense /part heavy.
If you don't know what it is, would you be able to guess though?*
I promise to post pictures of the finished model this time! It'll be around for a while!
about the turkey, when I started scrolling down I was like "what the hell ?? ...oh."
Making a start on my first modular, Palace Cinema #10232
Once I'm in, I'm all the way in! Bought both #10232 and #10218 BNISB from the same seller on ebay. Now the kids are in bed I'm cracking on, just the roof and final touches left to go.
The rabbit hole goes so deep that you don't care you can't see any light.
And a dock so the Imperial Flagship can be displayed...
Also, @SumoLego, the background is different from the last time I posted Brickadelphia. We got some water in the basement during a rainstorm that can only be described as biblical, so a lot of stuff under the table went on those shelves. I know how much you like combing the background.
Thought I best put a link to the pics rather than post the pics...
Game of Thrones. Twister themed blanket. Lots of Iron Manses. Very impressed!
...and joining then together was so satisfying!
All detail stuff now. I'm pleased with how well the half-round cylinder tiles from Catwomans Cycle Chase double as two-stroke engines for yard work tools. And the old-school metal detector with the stud on the dish makes a decent weedwhacker.
Forgot to post a pic last night of the completed model so here it is!
Now to find somewhere to display it...
