One seller has 4x used old style stormtroopers at $3.50 on bricklink. Stormies are usually about $5-6 used, more for new, so good luck finding the rest that cheap.

I'd say aside from a lucky find on ebay, or a very sympathetic seller your best bet is to shop around or try to trade for them. I got very lucky this weekend and stumbled on two #30005 Imperial Speeder Bike polybags, each with a Stormie (no gun though) for only $1.48 each at TRU by me. If I were to find a dozen more I'd be glad to help out, but I doubt that will happen. Might go there later, won't hurt to ask, one never knows what's on a shelf in a warehouse.

The Rebel Troopers are gonna be tough, they're only in a few sets, and not in much quantity. The 2012 SW Advent Calendar has 1, there was a battle pack with 4 in 2008, but it brings a bit of a premium now, and then the UCS Tantive IV.

    Good luck @Brickassault21

    Hello

I don't have all that you need, but I have some that I can do for those prices. I have one imperial officer for sure. I also have a handful of troopers. Send me a PM and I can get you a picture of what I have if you're interested.

@Brickassaul21 I spent a little time on ebay and found dozens of auctions for Stormies (many were clones or mixed up pieces so be careful) Ebay isn't the best but there are some gems on there... tough part is on auctions you need to be johnny on the spot to get great deals a lot of times... but if you went on there and multiplied whatever number of figs it is times your 3.50 price then subtracted the shipping you'd probably end up winning a lot here and there. I saw one i liked and put in a bid and ended up winning so now i have myfirst printed leg stormie coming =-)
