[UK] Sun vouchers

CCCCCC Member Posts: 20,526
If anyone is getting multiple polys and WHS don't take the vouchers out, can you save them please? I am unlikely to be able to get to WHS on many of the days, so if you have one or two spare vouchers each day please save them. I'll obviously pay postage to send them to me. Thanks.

^ Fair enough to ask I suppose, but surely anyone with vouchers is likely to send them off for the free toy, no??

In line with the recent Stig promo, how does £2.49 each sound....and I'll send them together for 60p? ;o)

You're welcome to have them if you'll come and pick the papers up outside the door of my local smiths, but they weigh a bloody ton...

    Wouldn't that be ... Free + £2.49 postage each?

It's really just a request if anyone has them spare and doesn't manage to exchange them all. Last time I ended up with loads that I passed on to others to send off.

Do people actually take a stack of papers to the till? I just take one, ask to be charged for a couple more and walk out.

I tried that in the past, but they insisted on me taking them all. They said it was because they had one toy for each paper - which I didn't understand since people could also collect the toy if they didn't buy the paper there. They also have loads more papers than toys, since they have to put a notice up saying toys run out, when the papers are still there.

@CCC Use some charm so they will put what you want to one side for collection when you can get there. Works a treat ;-)

That's exactly what I'm saying. I won't charge you for my free vouchers, you've got to just cover the £2.49 postage for each one. :o)

I tried that last time around. Either they cannot be charmed, or I have none. I imagine the latter.

^ Very important to know your limitations in life. Despite my best efforts I can't dance so I don't try anymore.
