That would be £70 with the 30% discount ;-). Come on though guys, remember the rules of the marketplace... commentary on price etc. is frowned upon. If you don't want it, walk on by.

And having checked eBay - half? show me where? My price isn't bad, especially guaranteeing that it has come from someone who looked after it.

If you don't like the price then don't buy....

If you think the price sucks and know there is a better deal out there, then post it in the relevant shopping thread. There is no need to mention what is for sale in the marketplace.

This probably isn't the place for it, but as others have gone off topic what the hell.

I strongly think there should be no such rule on marketplace sales on the forum. Its not ebay, its not amazon market place. If a seller wants to sell something without commentary then there are places to do that, if someone wants to point out that the going price for a 3300003 isn't £100 then surely that's just helping the community - far more important in my opinion than keeping a marketplace thread clean and tidy.

I agree @cheshirecat, but I don't think we'll change the rules, just have to play by them. If amazon or argos have an item that is overpriced, such as TRU, then folk are allowed to comment, but if its an individual, no such comment allowed. Maybe Marketplace is the wrong title....

How about if you have a problem with the price, you PM the seller. Maybe they aren't aware of the value of something and will change the price or they posted that price for a reason and that's how much they want.

If you don't like the price, don't buy. Someone may be willing to purchase it for the listed price. Maybe they have dealt with the person before and might pay a little more knowing that what they are buying is exactly as described and will arrive in a timely fashion.

Personally, I find reading pricing commentary to be very useful, but I can understand why sellers might not feel that way. :-)
