I think $65 is very fair for those three sets used if they are complete.
You'll get perhaps more on ebay, but not after fees, shipping, etc.
The "no refunds or returns" is nice as well, cash in hand is always worth more than PayPal because of that.
Just please be safe on Craigslist, plenty of good people use it, plenty of people sell and buy honestly there, but criminals do exist, so don't invite them to your home, meet them in the parking lot of McDonalds or some place busy with lots of people.
As a side note, for really expensive Lego, I always do the deal inside the lobby of my bank. You'd have to be pretty stupid to try and rob someone in the lobby of a bank, and after they give me cash, I deposit it so I never walk out with it.
