As I was looking through the To-Do list on the DVR tonight, i noticed an entry for LEGO Star Wars and looked into it.

Here is the description that is showing for the first show on Cartoon Network.

9-26-12 LEGO Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out. (9:00pm - 9:30pm, Special, 2012) Shortly after the Death Star explodes, the rebels learn of a new Imperial threat.

Should be intersting if it is anything like LEGO Star Wars: Padawan Menace!

Did anyone else watch this? I didn't get to see the whole thing bc the phone rang, but the bits I saw seemed quite funny. I have it recorded to watch again later.

My son and I did. It was quite funny and I will definately be getting it once it is released (hopefully with an exclusive minifig obviously). He loved the little kid slapstick comedy, I loved the many many inside jokes.

Great original story too... "underneath that helmet he looks like this". Too funny!

They are showing The Padawan Menace as well...

I don't see any other upcoming episodes and it doesn't show as a series on DirecTV.

    Is this a one-off, or a series?

    *Spoiler Alert*
This was amazingly good...all the wonderful inside jokes, Especially when C-3PO brings up the Han Shot First issue. I really like the Admiral Ackbar Snack Bar, "It's a Snack!" Billboard in one of the scenes. And I'll be waiting for the Darth Star Lego Model to be released. ;) Oh and it is only a single show.
