Hi guys.

PLEASE NOTE, I DO NOT HAVE THE MODEL YET

If I can arrange a trade before Thursday this week, I will probably go down to Sheffield Grand Opening. I will be getting hold on 2 Model Stores. And I'm looking to trade them away for sets.

I'm looking for these mainly:
10231 - Space Shuttle
10219 - Maersk train
Modular Houses (Not Fire Brigade or GE)
Technic Ferraris (599 or Enzo)

Or open to any offers that are worth around the £70 - £80 margin.

Will be also looking to trade within UK Mainlands, area such as Manchester, Chester and Stafford.

    Only thing I have to trade is a sealed Winter Village Bakery.

    @teamladd, in exchange for a 3300003?
  • paul_mertonpaul_merton Member Posts: 2,967
    I'd trade a 3300003 for 100x of those minifigs I've got lying around :)
  • ChanMcLChanMcL Member Posts: 1,224
    @paul_mertion, maybe for your Robie House :o or other Architecture sets!
  • paul_mertonpaul_merton Member Posts: 2,967
    No way :) I do have a MISB Creator Lighthouse, but it looks like you're not after that any more...
  • ChanMcLChanMcL Member Posts: 1,224
    I would do it with a Hillside on top of the Lighthouse ;)

    Not literally, that would be weird.

    Saw one sold on eBay for £55 about 30mins ago, so that is what I'm looking for for the value per set.

    Hillside (£30 from JL) and Lighthouse (£20 recent sale) :)

    Isn't the opening strictly 1 model per customer.
  • ChanMcLChanMcL Member Posts: 1,224
    @richo, yes it is. But if you have more than 1 person ;)

    or a cunning disguise

    ^ If manchester is anything to go by you wouldn't have time to change your disguise and then get back in line. I was the second at a till and by the time I'd paid the line was out the door and the shop was full? 300 maybe not, but must have been incredibly close.

    @ChanMcL

    How can you be sure of getting these sets??
  • ChanMcLChanMcL Member Posts: 1,224
    @collect_that

    Its too late to say now, not decided to go up tmr.

    If you posted this morning, I would of gone, but not now, and most likely that I will be secure of 2 if I were to go.
