For sale: 10187 VW Beetle - Used

Hi,
I have for sale a used 10187 VW Beetle Lego set. I won this set in an auction but unfortunately what arrived was a set that was in really rough shape, with the majority of the parts so far gone their only home was the trash bin. I have spent over a month replacing about 80% of the parts (~1300 pieces) with new pieces one order at a time through BrickLink, including a mint copy of both instruction manuals and a new, unused sticker sheet. The other pieces (mostly grays) were in good shape so I just gave them a good cleaning. The box however has not been replaced and remains in rough shape. Flap has been ripped on one side, there is heavy tape on all 4 ends and numerous dings and box art damage (cardboard insert included btw). I have taken pictures of everything as they can explain the condition of everything better than my words.
To make it a little easier I have separated all pieces by color and brick type. I am looking for $250 for the set (I will include shipping within the US at no charge). I've put a lot more into it and am taking a hit but I'm just chalking it up to a lesson learned.

is the beetle complete not to worried about the box just wanting the complete parts . My son wants one for his birthday (feb) so please let me know thanks
