    ^Difference is mostly in the helmet type. Clone (Ep. II & III), Storm (Ep. IV-VI), Snow (Ep. V), Scout (Ep. VI), Shadow (Extended Universe)... did I miss any?

    Different from stormtroopers, phase II clone troopers have that visor that runs down their face. Lego's phase II minifigures are weird.
