9491-1: Geonosian Cannon with NO minifigs for $4.05?

my son thinks the cannon is cool but is it worth it? or should I just buy it new and get the minifigs with it.

Check here on the "For Sale" tab:

    http://www.brickset.com/detail/?Set=9491-1

It's currently 11.99 at Amazon.co.uk - Buy it new, if you don't want the figs, part them out and you'll pretty much have the set for free.

On the other hand if you will be getting duplicates of minifigs you already have and don't care if you have them that's not a bad deal if the shipping is fair.

If you're in the US I'm going to be putting one without minifigs (thats how I got it) up for trade in the next few days. If you're not in the US the shipping would make it expensive.

Personally I wouldn't buy it without minifigs..
The 2 Geonosian minifigs shouldn't be neglected, I would love an army of those :-D

@mikeyrob if you have something you'd like to trade for the one I have let me know. It was adult owned, not played with when I got it and I've only assembled it. I have instructions but no minifigs or their accessories. No pressure, just an offer. I don't do SW at all.
