How do I view others' collection?

I am new to Brickset and cannot figure out how to view anyone's collections! I have been onto dozens of peoples' 'profiles' and can pretty much only ever see when they joined and if they changed their profile pic. What am I doing wrong?

A bricksetter has to allow this in their profile, you must have clicked on people who haven't allowed it. Try mine: http://www.brickset.com/profile/?atkinsar

I think you can view anyones (as long as they have given access for it to be viewed publicly) by going to http://www.brickset.com/search/?ownedBy= and typing in the username after the equals sign.

If you're going to trade with someone, it can also be helpful to view their wanted list. It's the same principle as the one above, but you replace "owned" with "wanted". My list, as one example:

But all this only works if their forum username and the main site's name match. @atkinsar shares the same name for both the main site and the forum - as do I. But there are plenty of forum users that don't use the same name - @richo for eg. If he hadn't told me, I'd never have known he didn't have any more than a two second memory span!

Oh it works! Haha. I actually must have just clicked on so many profiles with private collections! ^_^ Damn, looking at other people's collections is going to make me even more obsessive! Thanks so much for all your help!

So there's no link directly from someone's page to their collection if it is public? I guess I'll just have to get into the habit of doing it manually! That's okay! At least I know how now! :D Thanks again everyone!

^No, if you know their username, go to 'Home' and search their name there under 'members'.

However, the bricklist follows the username from the main site, so like I said if you search a user in the forum, it could well be that they're known under a different alias in the main site and so won't come up with any results.

If you're logged in to the main site you can search for members, as described above, and if users in the search results want to share their collection there'll be an icon or two in the right hand column. e.g.
