I don't often wear cologne, but when I do, I prefer Patricide by Kai Lauren.

You can teach an old dog new tricks. And I'm not exaggerating!

I only found out about Brickset because a Lego employee tangentially referred to it while we were chit-chatting when I called to place an order (even the old site did not work well for me). I only just learned how invaluable resource Brickset was when I purchased a large lot and had to use all of it's resources.
The forum is a whole different animal. Mostly reading other peoples conversations has really matured me as a buyer/collector. So yeah I can see how an AFOL an be naive and purchase some dubious things.

I originally came to this thread to question some listings I've seen regarding the Death Star. Several bits of vodka and Pitfall's post make me feel as though my thoughts are trivial in light of the tragedy's that seem to occur on a daily basis...
I guess I could see why someone would want these. But the shipping I'm seeing is crazy.

I've been very curious what used minifigless sets will go for.

What will the new set sans minfigs end up at?

No minifigures (unless you really don't want them)
Box only (unless you actually only wanted the box)
Fits LEGO (run to the hills)
Includes free LEGO piece (keep running)
Stock photo - may be missing some parts (run faster)

The seller is very upfront but I was amused by the juxtaposition of the word sealed and the main photo.
Thoughts...
1) Where does one get printed 'Sealed for Auction' tape?
2) What the heck happened to this box?!?
http://bricksetforum.com/discussion/comment/446596/#Comment_446596 (took forever to find that link, why is search so awful?)
Which incidentally also popped a bag in a manner not unlike the one the seller is mentioning in his listing...
