Sometimes you just can't tell someone anything, they won't listen, are stubborn, etc...
But you can show them, and perhaps by doing so they end up learning something.
Looks like a three year old just got done playing with it. This person will probably lose $50 on the sale just because they didn't bother to straighten up the sails.
Isn't that what eBay is for?

Anyone else had some odd-smelling sets off eBay?
;-)

The feedback was 100% positive when I ordered, of course. How annoying!

They must surely aim these at kids who get hold of their folks cards amd think 'oh i can buy this super rare set and it will be fine as i can tell my parents it will be worth a ton of money. So they will be fine with it.'

It's not ebay but it's definitely ridiculous. FYI, I made this guy an offer and his email is hippieforlife...
"YOU WANTT THIS, YES YOU DO, COME BUY THIS SCHTUFFF NAAAOOOO!!!!"
This sort of writing sounds like Kentucky style journalism.

If the furthest left, worst custom ever.
Haven't seen anyone sell all the modular buildings before. $3000 is high, probably worth a little over $2000 at the going rates for each set?
CC is worth about $600 used
MS is worth about $700 used
GG is worth about $450 used
FB, GE, PS are $150 new
TH is $200 new
Minimodulars is $80 new
Total price for the above, $2,480
That auction is for used sets, for $3,000. If he was selling for $2,000, it might be interesting.
Look up codes for the Heroes Pack of Lego Batman 2. They sell for over 50 dollars, mostly. For a piece of paper, to unlock reskins of virtual characters.
It's also a franchise based around LEGO, which you would think would be something the fans would rather spend $60 on a Batcave.
"a hard to find much sort after figure a must for any collector"
"this item was removed from a new key ring, but as this figure has a hole in the head any way it is un affected"
Apparently the act of removing the keychain from the figure is worth £7. Why anyone would then want a glued figure that is not rare at all with a hole is beyond me.
