@Boyband700 You might also try posting a Thank You to all of the people who have helped you identify the parts.
Thought I had already done that
In your defence, you did say thank you earlier on in this thread. About a month ago I think. And probably before that. You ask a lot more than you thank though and it might be worth saying thanks more often if this is the kind of post you mean to keep on making. Best of luck to you selling your collection.

If anyone can help identify these two parts it would be much appreciated. Also thanks to everyone who has helped me over the past month or so :)

I'm waiting for Boyband to ask us to identify a 2x4 brick 😄🙄😉

Anyhoo, got a true stumper here, dk bluish grey 1x2 decorated tile with Aurebesh (Star Wars) printing that I assume should say 'HITCH JOINT' (or even 'POINT') but actually translates to 'HITCH LOINT'.

I searched Aurebesh, Aurbesh, hitch, point, joint, even loint & got zilch.

    @gelkster
Thanks @sipuss I have two of that set but didn't recognize it. I looked through 1500+ decorated 1x2 tiles on Bricklink and didn't find it.

Awesome, thanks!! Oddly, BL didnt mention the Aurebesh (BL mentions several other Aurebesh writings) & the #75127 inventory there doesn't list the 1x2 sitckered tile itself, just a 6x6. I guess I've noted this in newer sets. & I also have the stickered 2x3 tile above it in this pic but that's the extent of the set, from some random lot I got whenever.

Is it a fair assumption that BL only lists stickered parts if someone adds them to the database so they can sell them?

Well, BL inventories USED to include stickered parts (that is, they had the sticker sheet listed (always first), as well as the "naked" part the sticker applies to, & near the end of their inventory list they'd show said part with ts corresponding sticker applied. This practice was more prominent
in older sets & IIRR for later/current sets this practice is hit-or-miss.

More BL shenanigans-- they list this part in black with old grey markings (appearing in 22 sets) but no old grey with black markings. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ clearly this part exists in old grey...

(pls excuse the grit surrounding the studs)

@gelkster Unless I'm not understanding correctly, they do list this but in 19 sets including white, new grey, old grey and red.  https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3040p32&in=S

Here's the part you found. I think it's different because of the color of the printing.  https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=3040p33&in=S

Not being that into Star Wars and apparently not very good at Bricklink search, I really could use some help identifying these torsos/helmets? Any help much appreciated!

@Powderfinger I'm not good at Bricklink search either. Some of the torsos came on more than one minifigure.

If you can figure out the set numbers, I would just look at the minifig list for each set in the Brickset database.
  • PowderfingerPowderfinger Member Posts: 74
yeah well the problem is that they've bought all these packs through the years and we've thrown the instructions for all of those...
But I'm almost done, 50 minifigs sorted...

Can someone help and tell me what this part is?  I can't figure out what it "really" is and have not been able to find it looking through Studio's palette.

    Yes could be  https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=40386&idColor=55#T=C&C=55

But doesn't come in white. But picture looks like a render so might help to know the source or see a larger picture @mhe4
  • mhe4mhe4 Member Posts: 34
Yes, looks like the fin you linked to is what I'm after.  Sorry for the less than ideal photo; it was a screen capture from a render of a MOC (not mine) from a web page.  You are all wonderful and helpful...thank you!

These were in a big lot I purchased.  They do have a LEGO logo on the side of the torso.  They are each one piece, bend at the hips, bed at the shoulders (but not the wrists), and heads turn (but don't otherwise move or come off).

What are these and where do they come from?

Thank you.  2001 was during my Dark Age which ran from about 1993 to 2019.  Apparently I missed some strangeness from Lego during that time frame.  :)

I have a mystery figure. Is she from a set or did I just create her out of random parts?
    Thanks.

It's not a character from a set but these are the parts:

That hairpiece was 100% available at BaM at one point, so it might be that?
  • bookmumbookmum Member Posts: 1,511
@sipuss I think that must be where she is from. I usually only buy seasonal ones (like the Christmas ones) but obviously at some point I bought the hair at least.
    Thanks!
  • karritkarrit Member Posts: 983
The Hair one was at my store's BAM when I was there a few weeks ago.  I think they used it a couple of years ago at Halloween time.  Top is probably BAM but not one I ever bought so most likely you did get all the parts from BAM tower at some point.

I got a bin of bricks and had a bag of a lot of https://brickset.com/parts/design-3633 in tan. (Brick Yellow?) However, 3633 isn't listed in tan. Does anyone know where these might come from? I have about 50 here.

Even has 3633 molded into it.
  • FizyxFizyx Member Posts: 1,359
Bricklink has 3 of 3633 in tan in the set #4854 Dock Ock's Bank Robbery

Is this piece new from the Dreamzzz ship set or just a recolour of a Spidey web or something? Seemed to be one that hadn’t been mentioned yet but I wondered if that was just because it wasnt brand new?

I feel like I've seen this in a Friends set, but can't seem to find the part/set. I'll keep looking. Either way, seems to be a useful part.

I first saw it (I believe), in red anyway, for #10790.
  • sipusssipuss Member Posts: 260
Part 63141, it seems to be. One of the uses is Spidey's web, but overall showed up in 121 sets, as early as 1998! Really thought it's a much more recent piece.
  • iwybsiwybs Member Posts: 393
Nope, it's part 2630 in the Bricklink catalog, and it's new this year:

I was going to say, I didn't think it was the Spider-Man piece, since the Spidey piece has string between the handholds, and studs on the ends, while this one appeared to have holes on the end and rubber between the handholds.  But I was too unsure of it to say for sure.

Thank you! Those are most definitely the Friends sets I remember seeing it in. Green will be a nice recolor for vines.
