Wanted (UK): lego mini modulars set 10230

Hi there! I am looking to buy a second hand mini modulars set 10230. Most of the ones on ebay are expensive as they are new and unopened for collectors, but I'm not really interested in collecting it - I want to build it and learn some micro scale building techniques! I plan on making the house that my in-laws are moving into as a present (don't tell them!) so I thought it would be useful to build these mini modulars first. Does anyone have a used set they are willing to sell (preferably in the UK as I don't want to spend a fortune on postage)? Cheers, Ben.

    Hi, Sure I have one I will let go. Built one month ago, guaranteed 100% complete including box and instructions. I am in the UK. £55 including postage.
