New friends fig?

Just curious if this is new or has it been on the shelf for a while. I was just checking out friends and wishing I had a little girl just to give me an excuse to purchase friends sets.

This figure isn't new. It was given out at TRU with a Friends purchase of $50 or more, like 2 months ago. Not worth it in my opinion. The regular cost of this figure at TRU is $5. During Valentine's and Easter Target, then Walmart had polybags called Stephanie's Mailbox with her in it for $3.99.

It's been available since the beginning of the year, but I think they might have gone away and were recently restocked.
