Does anyone know why the http://toysnbricks.com website is offline? Just a hiccup with their web host or something deeper?

"Account suspended" is what I see.. Did LEGO maybe see one too many spy photos and had the site shut down?

Probably an issue with the host on either bandwidth or billing. I'm sure it will be back.

@yellowcastle I would like to retract my previous statement what i meant to say was, "What? never heard of that site, nor do I like the sounds of it, good thing it is down..." :-)

That's funny... I visited the website earlier today and thought at first it meant my account had been suspended. I had a very old account on there that predates my use of 'rocao', and just yesterday I thought it would be better if I created a new one named 'rocao' so people didn't get the impression that I was hiding out.

No withdrawal symptoms like when Brickset was down.

I wish I would know how to contact Ice directly! He is the owner of the website and a super nice person. Unfortunately I have always communicated with him thru TNB. I hope they will be back soon! They didn't have anything objectionable on their site. Their main focus was posting sales and deals at various places that sold LEGO, and they also had a very nice forum...)c:

Looking at the WHOIS records, his registration date is April 17th, which would lead me to believe his yearly hosting plan is up, and he forgot to pay for a new year of hosting.

I hope all is well; that is one of my "top three" LEGO sites.

TNB was my favourite LEGO Fan site with a forum, but hen I found out about the Brickset Forum. Now I love them both.

Albert/Ice replied: "It appears we're consuming an excessive amount of system resources from their servers. The site is now back up and everything is good. "

^ They might have to cut back on toys and just focus on bricks for a while.
