POSSIBLE THEFT!!!

i made a trade with @EddieDoesntMind
my commissioner Gordon for his poison ivy.
I shipped my package on Sept 16 and sent him a tracking #. i got no response from him and sent a follow up message on Sept 19th to see if he shipped yet. He responded that he didn't ship yet, but will be able to on Monday Sept 22nd. i told him it was ok, no problem. got no message all week saying he shipped. i then sent him another follow up message on Sept 26th asking if he shipped. i got no response and sent him another message on Sept 29th with "??????"
he responded the next day saying saying that hes sorry and that he would ship on TUE Sept 30th. a whole week went by and on Oct 7th i sent him a message saying i haven't received anything yet, and if he had a tracking #. no response that day so i sent him another "?????" message.
he responds the next day Oct 9th saying the person who shipped it(not him) sent it in a regular letter envelope and not a bubble mailer/box and that if something happens, he'll send my figure back.
that same day i messaged him upset, saying that both parties should take responsibility for their trades and not others, and if i don't receive his figure by Oct 13th, then its probably lost, and i would like to get my figure back from him.
received nothing and messaged him on Oct 14th saying the figure is probably lost, and that id like to please get my figure back like he said he'd do.
didn't get a response until Oct 16th saying he'd ship "as soon as possible"
same day, i replied to please have it in a bubble mailer so no problems occur and with tracking.
i got no response from him, so i then sent him yet another "?????" message on Oct 20th to see whats going on.
its now Oct 23rd, and i have still gotten no response from him, or my figure back.
its been over a month since i sent him my figure and i still have nothing.
This is also a USA to USA trade

I don't know whats going on but he cant use the "I've been busy Excuse" for not responding.
i can see on his profile when he was last active here, and he's been logging in daily since i sent out my figure. he's even made post in other threads without even responding to my worried messages. everyday i checked his profile, and it said he was active that day. there's no excuse not to respond to someone, who's trade you probably lost.
I'd recommend know one trade with this person.
He's barley apologetic, ignores messages, responds late, no tracking #, and for all i know, he didn't even ship his side of the trade in the first place.
again his name is @EddieDoesntMind
