Buying new sets from European vendors from the USA

Somehow many vendors on Bricklink are selling 2022 sets for very steep discounts based on what it would cost to buy it here in America. Example Grocery Store - 60347 for $25-$30 less. The problem is the shipping which can be near the cost of the item. For me, I want the set to immediately build, so I don't care about the box, the vendor can ship just the contents. Has anyone had success in reducing the shipping costs this way?

I can't see it being worth the effort to try. You would probably only save a few bucks tops if that. US vendors won't even have those sets until August and then Amazon will likely knock 20% off pretty quickly.

Are you sure those orders are actually being fulfilled?  Seems a bit suspect to me…
