Maxi figures

got a maxi fig construction guy today (see pic), has anyone else ever seen one boxed before? seems to have been made in the USA.

never seen the promo brick boxed either (50 x 26 x 20 cm), seems to be made somewhere in Skandihooliganland

    Never had one, I would really like one to put on the windowsill above my City display. I'm picking up 2 cardboard displays (1 for Lego, one for Harry Potter 7 Part 1) for display behind my HP stuff next week.
    Where did you get it from?

    at a local store. been sitting on a shelf unused for 3 years and they needed the space, right place , right time :-)

    When I worked at Toys R Us, a friend of mine ended up with one of those. They were done with it and knew he would like it (and I wasn't working that day). They're worth a fair penny on Bricklink... but worth more in a collection no doubt.

    I have looked on bricklink for these and can never find them. I know its more user error as I am probably not looking in the right spot. Anyone care to either shoot a link up here or tell me the official name for these?

    ^Both brick and figs are found on bricklink under Gear->Retail display (about halway down on second page).
