I must have been really lucky with all my purchases. I checked all the ones that shipped so far and the Rest go out Monday but the TC-14 is included in all of them. I have the shipping dates of as early as the morning of the 4th so I hope they will be here by Thursday next week. What I did was put everything I had already decided on in the wishlist and added it right to the bag from there, and checked out right away. I figured many would be hunting and picking so i would get mine in just in time to be the ones that sold out.

I got my ship notice on my VW bus with r2d2 poster and tc-14 figure! yeah!!

I can't imagine they would want people to get their hands on them for cheap knowing the resell value of these things.They only ring up as $4.99 which obviously would be amazing to be able to purchase at that price.

Dammit. Got my order confirmation Email from Lego and it just has the minifigure and poster, no R2D2. Evidently it's not in stock for a few weeks, wish they would have told me that when I ordered!

If they send the TC-14 and the poster, I'd be tempted to cancel the R2D2. Then order again when it is on offer.

Am i the only one who doesn't see an appeal in basically a silver C3po that was in the phantom menace for two minutes.If it was a darth maul like the one at toy fair i would have sold my soul for it!! However as it is not i had to pass on this one and wait until the hulk promo on the 16th as i am ordering my quinjet from lego to get the hulk figure.

^^ Don't know if this had already been discussed but the opening scenes of Ep IV had a silver 'C3PO' and I believe another in cloud city in Ep V. Definitely not a major character but still a cool figure IMO.

I personally don't care for the chrome Droid figure. However, I will be selling the four that I am getting, and that additional discount along with the sets I bought on sale get me excited.

I'm not that bothered about it either, but will keep one to sell / swap later and sell / swap one now. I was going to do a large PAB order anyway, so split it and got two free.

My pick a brick order shipped today (bank holiday) too. Just not the pick a brick so just the tc14, r2d2 poster and tie only. Or is that normal for puck a bricks not to be listed?

I just received shipping confirmation for 3/4 of my orders. But they were made in the first 30 minutes after midnight of the 4th.. Waiting for my PAB one now..

@cheshirecat My PAB orders are the same. PAB orders usually come separate from any sets ordered, since these are packed elsewhere (not in UK) and forwarded on later.

Yeah, sorry I should have said... everything except my Pick a Brick has shipped. I didn't order much in terms of amount of money (£50.51, just enough to get a TC14!) and I ordered really late on the 5th after agonising if I should or not, so I expected to have to wait awhile for it to ship since it seems like the whole Lego community ordered the warehouse out ahead of me! But I'm happy that I did now, free shipping, a few little gits and IRON MAN is coming! So happy! :D

Pick a brick orders get shipped seperately because it takes them a few days just to fill the order.

Of the 6 orders I made, 3 are on their way, annoyingly the first order made is still in process.

Order 1; Y-Wing and Boba keyring - shipped except Boba which is on back order, but Boba was in stock when I ordered.

Order 2; UCS R2 - In Process still, ordered 10 mins into the promotion!

Orders 3 & 4 - identical Marvel orders - shipped.

Order 5 - Identical Marvel order which was held as "CS", now "In-Process".

Order 6 - Pick-a-brick, "In-Process" still, no surprise, they take a while to gather up.

Still don't know what the hold up is on the R2 seeing as I would've been one of the first UK orders on May 4th.

Still dont know why TLG didn't give the droid multiple identities: TC-14 for PT, and the 2 other silver protocol droids from OT (not sure what they're called), might've hadngreater appeal for those who like OT but not so much PT.

I orderd a UCS R2-D2 15 minutes into the promotion, received an email today telling me they were out of stock, no new ship date was provided, although [email protected] says 24th May, but have received a second email saying they have shipped the freebies (and probably charged my card)

There does not seem to be much rhyme or reason as to how R2-D2 stock was allocated/processed/shipped. I ordered my R2-D2 in the afternoon of May 4th (CST) and it was shipped yesterday. The Fed-Ex tracking number provided still does not show any update as of an hour ago however...

I really did think TLG would have had stacks of UCS R2 ready for not only this promotion, but its launch a few days previous. Maybe they wildly underestimated demand. I must admit that without the TC-14 freebie I would've held off buying until later in the year or if one of the European Amazon sites had it on offer.

I also ordered 5 minutes into the promotion at midnight on the 4th, and my orders have not shipped either.

Oh well, they'll come when they come, I choose not to fuss over it. Had I cared enough, I could have driven the 3 minutes it takes to get to my local Lego store and picked one up in person, but I had work to do. :)

My local Lego store said they sold out of the UCS R2-D2 within hours on the first day it was available.

My Dynamic Duo, Recycling Truck, 2 CMF Series 7, TC-14 and Poster all shipped today. I ordered them over the phone Friday morning. :o)

I placed two PABs, with a few extra small sets.

One was placed at 12.03am, one about 1.30pm. The extras from the first have been dispatched but not the PAB. Whereas the PAB from the second has been dispatched, but not the extras (Powe Functions). Strange.

Interesting... Some of my [email protected] orders are starting to ship... The Earth Defense HQ sets shipped, but R2-D2 has not. The other odds and ends that I purchased have shipped, but the power functions strangely have not. All of the orders that show shipped, TC-14 is along for the ride, so I guess I should get one of those for each order.

My PAB order seems to originate from a place called Strykow, Poland.. a rather cool-sounding name for a city :D

I think most PAB comes from over seas. The last time I ordered from PAB there was a global mail sticker on the envelope.
