Daytona book release time?

What time can I expect the Ferrari Daytona book to be released tonight? Does it release at the same time in the whole world or does it depend on the region? I read about how when the Porsche collectors kit released a year ago it ran out of stock before 11:30 central Greenwich time. I've also read that sets release at 12 EST so I'm somewhat confused. Do sets release at different times in different regions then and won't that mean the book will be out of stock before it even hits the US? I'm a bit confused...
