LEGO robot game hunting real people ?

---
Hi.
I have a hobby on building online robots like this.
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLi0zyNfBMXA8SMBR8jWbhCJ7RWjkjBnN_

There are some online games where you can remote control robots online.
Kiev/Ukraine
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jWcEsSLIthQ
Finland
https://youtu.be/e0163fYKM_Y?t=1306

How would you like to have a game like this?
Would you like to have these robots on a laserdome arena and hunt real people?
Would you like to have these robots on a paintball arena and hunt real people?
Would you like to solve problems or labyrinths with these robots?
Hunt rats or other animals with tazer?

What do you think would make games like this popular?

Hunting animals and tasering them to make "fun" youtube videos is pretty disgraceful.

    Absolutely...
It was actually an idea I got in another forum.
I was just trying to open up to any possible idea imaginable.  :)

I just would like to get some suggestions.

Short(ish) answer: this all sounds dreadful if you're talking "real people" and "real animals" and especially if you're talking about taking advantage of real-world tragedies like Ukraine.  Drive around a tank in a video game? Sure.  Drive around a robot in a video game and zap video-game animals?  Sure.  But none of that is real.  "Lego robot game hunting real people"?  What kind of dystopia do you think we live in, man?

This can be the new kind of training such as spinning or jogging.
Instead of kids sitting and playing video games they can take the bus to a robot arena with laser tag robots that is remote controlled from other countries.
There they step in to the video game and hunt friends and robots and get hunted by friends and robots.

Lets say you need to run a track full of traps and robots and the one who get all the way without getting shot by a laser tag robot win.

Kids need to move and why not give them a possibility to train their body by running around in a video game.

Ok, fine.  But you can do that without Lego.  Lego is not a good medium for that.  Go get some investment from Battle Bots and your local laser tag arena.

LEGO Mindstorms robots are good for kids.
They see that they can build them and use a old android phone to put on the robot.
Then they can build more advanced robots with arduino or raspberry pi or similarly boards.  They just need to read instructions on the google play app RoboCam.

So instead of exercise, you propose using robots to hunt humans and injure animals?

I'm not sure I see the link to LEGO.  LEGO is relatively heavy with lower strength compared to similar weight one piece manufactured parts. If you want to make a destructive robot surely there are better materials. Unless of course the point is that they are robots made from LEGO like the LEGO robot wars shows at LEGO events. In that context I understand using LEGO.

LEGO Mindstorms robots are good for kids.
They are also quite slow. We have 51515 and I don't think anything we have built using it would be able to chase an animal.

I use LEGO just so that kids can see that they can bild this robot them self.
When a construction work I glue the bricks together and they get very strong.
Then if you read the text of the Google Play app RoboCam you can read that it is then easy to build robots with arduino and raspberry pi and machine parts to be able to hunt people in a laser tag arena.

    Take a look here:

The LEGO Robot Wars competition, pitting robots against robots (and a sacrificial sheep model). It is also LEGO used as it should be, not glued together for strength.

I simply can't get behind anything with "hunting real people" in the concept. Especially when there are robots and remote control involved.

    It is with toy weapons.
Kids have been playing cowboys and indians and war with toy guns all the time.
I just want to see implementation of online remote controlled robots in kids games.
To be able to log in to a game at home and hunt your friends in other countries with a robot just seem to be a great fun idea.  :)

Sounds like your idea is pretty universally frowned upon here @jlivingstonsg - I'd suggest you go peddle it elsewhere, or better yet, not at all.

Why not set up an AI robot system to build LEGO robots
on 3d CAD  LEGO drawings,  kids send in.
    https://forum.brickset.com/discussion/30691/lego-robot-wars-battlebots
And then set them up with a android phone with the RoboCam app
and then let the kids have battles with their own constructed robots.

Kids with no money for LEGO can develope a LEGO robot, get it built and then play with it online.

    And so on....

The ultimate challenge would be to contruct a LEGO robot,
with glued brick to make it hold together for a real battle agains a human
on a laser tag arena.   :)
