Is the 200 piece limit on BnP enduring like the limits on sets or just per order?

Was ordering tiles for future mosaic and you need hundreds.  I order the max 200 but am wondering if the limit resets with each order or will I end up waiting weeks just to have the order cancelled.

I believe it's per order, and like 50 different types or something, but I'm not absolutely sure what the rules are.

You have to contact LEGO CS, but considering I see people buying out animal pieces like crazy, wondering if it just resets for every order.
