Are comments to articles on brickset.com searchable or in any way part of forum.brickset.com?

Are they completely different systems? For example, I wrote a comment/question on an article a few weeks ago and I'm curious if anyone answered it. Is there an easy to way find out without going back to the article and scrolling through every comment?

No, but you can view comments you posted here, https://brickset.com/comments/mine, then click on the appropriate one to see it in context.

For comments on the main site, if someone replies directly then I get a notification.
