Luke Skywalker's Lightsaber Giveaway?

Seeing all the festive photos in the Secret Santa thread makes me regret not participating!

I'm wondering if I could ask the members here for some assistance/suggestions for a New Year's giveaway of the two #40483 sets pictured above (AT-AT & Christmas tree not included).

My goal is to spread some good cheer and trigger some ebay scalpers! =oD  Unfortunately I'm not entirely sure how to avoid any perception of unfairness or exorbitant shipping costs, etc...

Thoughts??

There used to be a semi-regular UK bonus ball drawing.  People would comment and be assigned a number 1 through 59.  The bonus ball for the week (I'm assuming was a ball drawn from the UK lottery) would determine the winner.

You could do something similar, or a random number generator.  You pick a number say between 1 and a million, and we all comment (once) with a number.

No idea on how to prevent high shipping costs going overseas.

@jmeninno It certainly does - thanks!  Using someone else's lottery bonus number is a great idea for randomness - it's 3rd party and internet verified.  Researching how to integrate a random number generator...
