"Brickset activity" RSS feed GUID is not actually unique
@Huw , would it be possible to make sure the guid fields in the "activity" feed don't just all contain "
https://brickset.com/article/0" ? It's throwing off my client who thinks all entries are already seen. Putting the value of the link attribute in there should work I'd say.

I will get it sorted with the next code update, and also resolve the issue of new sets being added to the list twice in some instances.
