I was following a free MoC on rebrickable, the Haunted Manor by ZeRadman. Having collected the parts I went back to rebrickable today to download the instructions and the MoC has disappeared from the site.

Just wondering if anyone has already downloaded these instructions, and if so.. can I have a copy?

I did think that..  but I could not seem to find any details for him on rebrickable. But I do accept my Internet skills are poor. So I am probably missing something simple..

I hope the designer changed the instructions before they started producing that because the build that was on rebrickable definitely required modification to actually be physically possible. Particularly on the  I've started building it but have put it on hold for a while because I had to order more parts as the inventory was incorrect/certain parts were missing from the rebrickable inventory

Would you be happy to share the instructions? As I would like to try to build. Presume that would be ok as the instructions were originally free...

I don't know if I downloaded the instructions because I found them bad enough to be difficult to use but I have the stud.io file on my computer, I can send it to you when I get the chance

I think you'll find he has likely not joined the dark side but rather had his publicly available instructions stolen from him; Lepin has never had the most ethical business model.

When Lepin name the designer, doesn't that mean that they have been contacted and are profitting from the design? I thought they normally removed the designer details when they were stealing the designs.

The designer has commented on Rebrickable that Lepin and others have stolen his designs, causing him to take them offline. Can't blame him, as this usually causes people to flood the comments under those designs with questions about the not-designed-up-to-professional-TLG-standards rip-off product they have just bought...

The timeline on the designer's profile page mentions that the Haunted Manor will be back online from Oct 04. That day has obviously passed, but fingers crossed it will be back online soon.

Thanks for the info. Seems he has changed his user name, so no wonder I could not find him. Guessing he has only just reloaded the haunted manor page to RB since I started this thread - otherwise I am clearly too thick to use a website and search it!
