A new shade of grey?

I'm building the new castle, 31120, and... what on Earth? Is this a new shade of grey? No, the instructions claim all the ones in the photo, other than the top one, should be the same, dark grey. I'll wait til I've finished the set, then request replacements.

    No-quite-as-dark bluish gray? Seems so different that it must be on purpose!

    There were other 1x4 dark grey bricks that were the right darkness, just these two so far that are off. From the instructions for this bag ( 3, I think) it's clear they were supposed to be the same as the other darker grey.

    It looks like they were running low on pigment for that batch.

    Or Dark Medium Stone Grey...
