Ollie's Bargain Outlet - Lego Dimensions

Found today at Ollie's. The starter pack was $19.99 and the Newt Scamander expansion was $12.99. I do know they are running a promo where everything in the store is 15% off, but that might only be for this weekend.
Side note: this is the only time I've ever seen Legos at Ollie's.

Generally, LEGO contracts for their product not to be surplused to outlets like Ollie's.  Very rarely do they end up at Big Lots or other discount/closeout retailers.

Perhaps because this is a 'video game' product, that would explain it's appearance?

It's amazing to me that this had an MSRP of $99.99.  And I have to say although I like the idea, I was not a fan of the execution of the game.

I bought a bunch of these at 80-90% off at Target like two years ago. Where were they hiding these?

Don't forget the two rounds of Dimensions at the 99¢ Only Stores. I've also seen them on deep sale at Marshalls, Ross, and TJ Maxx, and heard they could be gotten cheap at Big Lots! too.

Hm.  I'm still missing a bunch of these.  Is anyone hoarding a wide variety of these and looking to do a trade for some stuff or possibly some cash?  I'll have to follow up in the marketplace, along with some other items I am still looking for.  Just don't have the list of wants (or the List of Jericho) on me...

My local Ollie's has some DK Lego products, which could be good gifts for young kids.

Though, this caught my eye today: A 2019 version of the Lego Star Wars Build Your Own Adventure (Y-Wing with Rebel Pilot) for $6.99, which is less than half the price at Amazon, Target, etc.   On Bricklink, its minifig, sw0761, starts at $9.99 + shipping (from US-based sellers).  At my Ollie's, this was in the back, in the kids craft section.

This is the first time I saw a product with proper Lego parts at Ollie's.

In the Books section, mine currently has a Lego Star Wars sticker book ($2.99) and a Star Wars Lego book ($4.99).

Also in the crafts section, they still had these "Ideas Studios" drawing books that date from about 2013.  ($9.99 each)

Back in January, the books section had a Lego Batman Movie sticker book and a general minifig sticker book.
